THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Retail Sales you will be:
+ Responsible for supporting the Head of Retail Sales on the day to day running of the larger Ancient + Brave UK key accounts.
+ Collaborating with the Head of Retail Sales to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to each key account to drive revenue growth and brand presence.
+ Delivering budget targets, and working with UK key accounts.
+ Handling all administration and necessary tasks associated with larger retailers.
+ Deputising for the Head of Retail Sales in lower-level customer meetings, as required.
+ Understanding what is required of suppliers by retailers, and communicating and delivering these needs internally. Working closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to ensure that retailer timelines are met.
+ Preparing regular reports on account performance, sales figures, and key activities to present to senior management.
+ Keeping up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide relevant recommendations to the Head of Retail Sales.
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience:
+ Comfortable working with and delivering budget targets.
+ Experienced in working in the wellness and / or beauty sectors with customers in the UK.
+ Have a good understanding of what is required of suppliers by retailers.
+ Confident in dealing with demanding UK customers and key accounts, understanding what their expectations are in an account manager.
+ Excellent at influencing and working across all internal departments.
+ Comfortable representing Ancient + Brave sales team at internal and external meetings.
+ Highly self-motivated with an ability to take initiative and run with it.
+ Solution focused with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a strong work ethic.
+ Known for having a positive outlook and a growth mindset.
+ A collaborative team player who also excels in independent settings.
+ Exceptional communicator, able to convey information clearly and concisely.
+ Entrepreneurial and commercially minded.
+ Able and willing to work in fast paced scaleup environments that are often full of ambiguity/an ability to effectively prioritise will be key.
+ Passionate about doing greater good and the future we’re building - we expect our team to be supporting our B-Corp and ESG goals while being proactive and mindful in suggesting ideas for the business to improve its practices.

We’ve worked hard to make our office (a beautiful old mill situated in East Sussex) an inviting and friendly environment for all of our team members and we expect any new joiner to be in the office full time.
