THE ROLE

We are looking for a skilled and imaginative Digital Copywriter to lead the creation of compelling, on-brand content across our digital touchpoints — including website, email campaigns, and broader marketing assets. This role will be pivotal in shaping how our voice is experienced by customers, from first click to loyal fan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Reporting to the Head of Ecommerce you will be responsible for the following:

+ Craft persuasive, high-performing copy for website pages, product descriptions, landing pages, email marketing, and performance campaigns.

+ Collaborate across departments — including brand, marketing, sales, and customer service — to ensure content aligns with business goals and audience needs.

+ Drive SEO strategy in all copy, optimising for organic growth while staying true to brand tone and storytelling.

+ Contribute to content planning and strategy, offering proactive, insight-led ideas to drive engagement and loyalty.

+ Play a forward-thinking role in how AI will impact content development — including input on tools, processes, and future-proofing our approach to organic search and creative ideation.

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience:

+ Experience in digital copywriting, within the wellness or lifestyle space.
+ Proven SEO expertise and an understanding of how to write for both algorithms and humans.
+ A strong personal or professional resonance with holistic wellness, lifestyle optimisation, and conscious living.
+ A collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally in fast-moving teams.
+ A curious, strategic thinker with an evolving understanding of AI in creative work — and the courage to experiment.
+ Ability to self-edit and maintain high standards in clarity, grammar, and storytelling.

As a fast-paced scale-up, we’ve found that spending time together in person is hugely beneficial to the way we’re needing to communicate, collaborate and drive the business forward. We’ve worked hard to make our office (a beautiful old mill situated in East Sussex) an inviting and friendly environment for all of our team members and we expect most new joiners to be in the office full time.
