THE ROLE
You will contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies, content creation, social media management, and event coordination, helping to elevate the brand’s presence across multiple channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Brand Lead you will be responsible for the following:
+ Support Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
+ Marketing calendar planning and coordination.
+ Develop and manage UGC (User Generated Content), working with the Community Manager to harness our community for paid media as well as directing and managing UGC agencies.
+ Support the team in idea generation and implementation of content for CRM, Paid Ads and Organic Social.
+ Support the Community Manager and Social Media Manager with content creation and idea generation for social media.
+ Ensure that content is scheduled for social channels and website journal posts
+ Support on retail marketing efforts across both digital and highstreet retail opportunities (such as Amazon, or Holland & Barrat), including writing briefs and implementing opportunities.
+ Update Media Platforms: Regularly update media platforms to maintain brand consistency and relevance.
+ Maintain Internal Files: Organise internal files for easy access to important marketing materials.
+ Marketing Materials: Help prepare marketing materials, reports, and presentations.
+ Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct research, gather insights, and analyse data to inform strategies. In addition, complete weekly and monthly competitor analysis reports for key internal stakeholders.
+ Cross-Departmental Coordination: Coordinate with departments and external agencies for smooth marketing execution.
+ Event Support: Assist with brand events, including product launches and community engagements.
+ Photoshoots: Assist in planning and running photoshoots aligning with brand guidelines. Coordinate product photography sessions for marketing use. Includes coordinating with local markets to ensure all needs are captured
+ Track Marketing Metrics: Coordinate and oversee PCA (post campaign analysis). Monitor and report key marketing metrics to measure performance against KPIs
+ Product send outs: Supporting the partnerships team with product send outs to influencers and partners
+ Support the brand marketing teams in additional tasks as necessary
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience:
+ Basic copywriting and brief writing skills to support across email, social media and digital.
+ Creatively ambitious; able to come up with ideas and work out solutions to put them into action.
+ Understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and what drives audience engagement.
+ Awareness of how brands use community content in marketing; eager to assist in sourcing and organising UGC.
+ Familiar with online retail environments like Amazon; interested in learning how marketing supports product visibility.
+ Strong organisational skills; able to keep marketing materials and internal files well structured as well as support in production on photoshoots.
+ Clear written and verbal communication skills; confident working in team settings and contributing ideas.
+ Able to conduct market research and gather insights through online tools and data sources.
+ Willing to assist in event planning, photoshoots, and other brand activations as needed.
+ Careful when handling tasks like tracking campaign performance or organizing product send-outs.
