THE ROLE
We're on the hunt for a proactive, technically savvy and customer-driven International CRM Executive to deliver and optimise CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives across Europe & the US. You’ll manage the end-to-end execution of email and SMS campaigns via Klaviyo, ensuring all communications are accurate, timely, localised and aligned with the brand and regional marketing objectives.
The successful candidate will optimise automated journeys, leverage customer data for
personalisation, and collaborate with local market teams to ensure content relevance and
regulatory compliance. A data-driven mindset, cultural awareness, and attention to detail
are essential for driving engagement, conversion, and customer loyalty internationally.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the CRM Manager
Email & SMS Campaign Execution
+ Building, localising, and executing CRM campaigns for Europe (Germany, Spain,
Rest of Europe) and the US.
+ Using Klaviyo, ensuring alignment with brand tone and market-specific nuances.
+ Coordinating with internal stakeholders and translation partners to ensure copy and
visuals are accurately localised. Testing campaigns across devices, browsers, and
languages to ensure flawless customer experience.
+ Managing campaign deployment, ensuring correct segmentation and strong
deliverability in each region.
Automation & Optimisation
+ Supporting the CRM Manager in designing, localising, and optimising automated
email flows (e.g. welcome, post-purchase, abandoned cart etc).
+ Using behavioural and transactional data to enhance personalisation and drive
relevance for each market.
+ Conducting regular A/B testing (subject lines, layouts, content) and share learnings
to improve future campaigns across all regions.
+ Ensuring compliance with GDPR (EU), CAN-SPAM (US), and other relevant regional
data protection regulations.
+ Continuously monitoring performance to identify region-specific trends and
optimisation opportunities.
Content & Creative Coordination
+ Collaborating with Brand and Design teams to deliver on-brand, visually appealing,
and mobile-optimised assets tailored for each market.
+ Supporting regional marketing teams by sharing high-performing campaign
concepts, templates, and learnings from other markets, ensuring central content
strategy is adopted globally while maintaining local relevance.
Database Segmentation & Management
+ Supporting advanced segmentation strategies tailored to each region’s customer
base.
+ Personalising content by leveraging segmentation and behavioural insights to
enhance engagement and conversion.
+ Monitoring list health and drive database growth while maintaining compliance and
engagement quality across markets.
Analysis & Reporting
+ Tracking and report on performance metrics including open rate, CTR, CVR, revenue
attribution, and unsubscribe trends by region.
+ Producing weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights per
market.
+ Presenting findings to internal teams, highlighting regional learnings and
optimisation recommendations.
Projects
+ Adhoc projects as required to support the CRM and broader Digital team.
WHO YOU ARE
+ Proven experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing, ideally within a DTC
or eCommerce environment.
+ Proficiency in Klaviyo (or similar) and understanding of CRM automation best practices.
+ Basic HTML knowledge for email formatting (preferred but not essential).
+ Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, or Trello).
+ Highly self-motivated with an ability to take initiative and run with it
+ Analytical mindset with experience reporting on campaign performance and translating
data into actionable insights
+ Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to summarise clearly & concisely
+ Excellent organisational and project management skills
+ Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to manage multiple
stakeholders across markets.
+ Solution-focused with a ‘can-do’ attitude and strong work ethic
+ A collaborative team player who also excels in independent settings
+ Fluency in English (required) and fluency in German or Spanish (beneficial)

Our Interview Process and What You Can Expect:
+ Application Review: We’ll start by reviewing your CV/application to ensure it’s a good fit for the role.
+ Initial Phone Call (circa 15-20 minutes): You’ll have a brief introductory chat with Luke, our Talent Partner. We’ll discuss your experience, your career aspirations and explore how your values align with ours.
+ Video Interview (circa 30 minutes): The next step is a virtual interview with the hiring manager, via Google Meet. This will be an introductory conversation featuring experience-based and competency-based questions. It’s also a great time to ask any initial questions you have!
+ Interview Task: You’ll receive a task via email which you can prepare at home. This will form part of the discussion for the in-person interview. This will allow us to get a better understanding of your experience, skills and ways of working.
+ In-Person Interview (60-90 minutes): The final stage is an in-person interview at our Lewes office. You’ll meet with the hiring manager and one other team member and present your interview task and answer competency questions. This is also your opportunity to ask us any remaining questions.

+ This role requires full time working at our stunning Lewes offices. Please apply only if you’re within a reasonable commute. There will be an option to work from home one day per week after successful completion of your probationary period.
