THE ROLE
We’re now looking for a Website & Digital Analyst to help us optimise our digital journeys across multiple channels.
Reporting to the Senior Digital Analyst, you will be responsible for website and acquisition analytics, ensuring we have accurate, reliable and commercially meaningful insights to inform our growth strategies. From tracking and tagging to performance analysis and insight generation, you’ll help us understand what’s working, where we can improve, and how we unlock the next phase of growth.
You’ll work closely with the E-commerce, Engineering, Customer & Marketing teams to ensure data quality is robust and our analytics infrastructure supports confident decision-making.
This is a hands-on role for someone who combines analytical rigour with commercial curiosity - someone who doesn’t just report on numbers, but uses them to help shape decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Website & Acquisition Analytics
Report on and analyse website performance, customer journeys, funnel behaviour and conversion across multiple markets/channels.
Analyse acquisition channel performance to identify optimisation opportunities and improve ROI.
Evaluate landing pages, user flows and on-site engagement to drive conversion rate growth, and analysing A/B tests and CRO experiments, using tools such as visually.io as required
Develop and maintain dashboards that clearly track KPIs across traffic, conversion and revenue.
Support channel performance analysis and attribution model development.
Tracking, Tagging & Data Quality
Act as a subject matter expert in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), working closely with the Senior Digital Analyst and our Engineering team.
Implement, manage and troubleshoot event tracking and ecommerce tracking.
Work closely with Engineering to ensure robust, scalable tracking frameworks across site releases and new features, providing QA and reporting as needed.
Support and optimise our Elevar implementation and ecommerce data layer.
Conduct regular audits to ensure tracking accuracy and data integrity.
Insight & Growth
Translate data into clear, commercially relevant insights and recommendations.
Proactively identify growth opportunities across acquisition and on-site performance.
Present findings to stakeholders in a confident, actionable way.
Support experimentation and testing initiatives with clear measurement frameworks.
Adhoc projects as required
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience:
Experience in a digital or e-commerce analytics role, ideally within a DTC or high-growth e-commerce brand.
Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Looker Studio, PowerBI or similar with knowledge of SQL (preferred)
Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels, acquisition channels and conversion metrics, and an understanding of alternative attribution models
Excellent googlesheets / excel skills including building report automations and delivering high quality, insightful reports & analyses to senior leaders
Experience working with data layers and implementing tracking frameworks, including familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Elevar or equivalent.
Commercially curious and a genuine passion for using analytics to drive customer and revenue growth, including an understanding of how/when to use AI.
Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach and ability to structure & plan your work, while engaging stakeholders effectively
Solution focused with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a strong work ethic
High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
A collaborative team player who also excels in independent settings
Exceptional communicator, able to convey information clearly and concisely
Able and willing to work in a fast paced scale-up environment - an ability to effectively prioritise will be key
