THE ROLE
We are looking for a data driven, commercially minded Performance Media Executive to support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across digital channels. You’ll play a key role in delivering performance marketing campaigns that scale customer acquisition while maintaining CAC goals.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Support the day-to-day management of paid media campaigns across channels (Meta, Google etc)

• Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on KPIs (CAC, CPA, ROAS, CTR)

• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences and bidding strategies

• Assist in budget pacing and allocation to maximise performance

• Work closely with creative teams to brief and iterate on ad assets

• Build and maintain performance reports (weekly/monthly)

• Keep up to date with platform changes, trends, and new opportunities

• Assist with in-house content creation including, planning, filming, coordination, and on-set support
  

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience:

• 1–3 years experience in performance marketing or paid media (agency or in-house)

• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

• Strong analytical mindset with confidence using data to inform decisions

• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas)

• Understanding of key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC)

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail

• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn

• Keen interest in Ad creative concepts and strategy

• Experience with TikTok Ads or other emerging platforms (desirable)

• Familiarity with attribution tools

• Basic understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimisation)

• Experience working in eCommerce or on DTC wellness brands )desirable)
