THE ROLE
The Studio Traffic Manager will be the central hub of the marketing team. They will ensure a smooth and efficient workflow across all projects from concept to delivery. You’ll work closely with the design, brand and marketing teams to prioritise and schedule workflow in our fast-paced company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to Head of Design you will be responsible for the following:
Creative Brief Management
+ Receive, review, and clarify incoming creative briefs to ensure they are complete, strategically aligned, and actionable.
+ Assign work based on team availability and skill set, while balancing workloads and ensuring fair distribution across the studio.
Project Scheduling & Workflow Management
+ Manage the flow of work across teams, ensuring efficient delivery of assets while adapting to shifting priorities and timelines.
+ Work with our production team to create and manage a packaging artwork printing schedule.
Project Management Systems & Process Improvement
+ Use and maintain project management tools to track tasks, deadlines, and dependencies.
+ Continuously look for ways to improve studio workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and increase visibility across teams.
Quality Control & Brand Consistency
+ Oversee project checkpoints to ensure deliverables meet brand standards and creative quality expectations.
+ Coordinate feedback and approvals, supporting the delivery of high-quality work on time.
Communication & Stakeholder Alignment
+ Act as the central point of contact for project status, communicating updates and potential risks clearly.
+ Keep all stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Problem Solving & Team Support
+ Bring a calm, proactive approach to challenges in a fast-paced environment.
+ Support the creative team by identifying roadblocks early and finding practical, timely solutions.
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience:
+ Solid experience in a creative production, studio coordination, or traffic management role within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
+ Experience overseeing the full packaging process, from operations through to final print production.
+ Strong understanding of creative workflows across digital, print, social, and integrated campaign production, with a strong grasp of cross-functional collaboration.
+ Proficient in Notion (or similar project management platforms), with the ability to optimise and maintain systems for transparency and efficiency.
+ Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
+ Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills; experienced in liaising with cross-functional teams, creatives, and senior stakeholders.
+ Composed under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
+ Genuine interest in wellness, sustainability, and purpose-driven brands—a natural alignment with our mission and values.
